 Outdoor full color display installing manual:

   Step（1）

       LED display module installing:

       Connect all the LED modules to the  cabinet right side,on the module back,should   be fixed with the M4 screw tightly.

Step（2）

To install the LED display with the 5v power and the power line conducting testing:

   After all the modules assembling on the cabinet(all the module should be assembled right place),then install DC 5V power and power line.finally,to test with conducting with the electricity. 

Step（3）

    LED display unit cabinet water proof testing:

  To put the LED display cabinet into the 80mm water pool for the cabinet water proof test,test time:15-20sectonds,then see whether water can penetrate LED modules and the cabinet connecting side into the cabinet. if water penetrating,should inspect if screwing tightly and the plastic water proof glue tube connecting on the right side. 

Step（4）

LED display aging test:LED display aging test time:36-72hours(the concrete time shold be defined by the company standard)

 Step（5）

       LED display all panel assembling at site:

With M10X40mm screw fixed the cabinet onto the steel tube （see belows）.

       Attention:When assembling the unit cabinet,the crack between the cabinet should not be over 2mm.
