Pre-sales service:
After signing contract of LED display project, we will be working with our customers closely, and scheme out a detailed project design according to their requirements on functionality, quality level etc. The layout of the whole LED display project will be designed in advance, such as systematic power cable, communication cable, infrastructure, steel framework, outer decoration etc, so that the construction will be conducted at a smooth pace.

Mid-sales service:

1. During R&D stage of the project, we will keep our customers well informed of the LED display production progress and other details upon request from them.
2. During on site installation stage of LED display project, we will send technicians to conduct on site installation and debugging in strict accordance with the requirements of the pre-set scheme, operation manual and schedule.

After sales service:

1. Quality warranty. We guarantee all our LED display screens for 1 full year. During this period, we will provide repair service, faulty parts replacement, regular maintenance, technical training for free except when the damage is caused by improper use of our customers, the customers will need to pay repair cost.
2. When warranty period expires, we will provide the following lifetime service for our customers.

1). We will provide repair service and charge only the raw material cost.
2). We will examine the whole LED display project annually and submit test report to our customers.This examination is also available anytime upon customer request.
3). We will provide regular maintenance and keep a record. The maintenance interval will be discussed with customers.
4). In any significant event at our customer site, we can send our technicians on duty there upon request.
5). We will provide update service and the software update is available for free.                                                                             
3.  Technology Training. All our traning course is avialable for free. Our training scheme is as following:
1). Training objective: Able to operate the LED display system skillfully, and to solve common basic faults, ensuring that the system is running safely and smoothly.
2). Training contents:
A. Basic training: Basic knowledge about the operation of LED display system and relevant management sofetware and tools etc.
B. Field training:Installation of operational software, daily management of display message, know-how to solve common basic software and hareware breakdowns, emergency measures on any system breakdowns, routine repair, maintenance, management and usage of display system.
3). Training site: The internal training is conducted in Aswei and the field training is conducted in display system site.
